"I can't do Airplane mode at night.. what if my family calls?" You can. Airplane mode kills Cellular, WiFi & Bluetooth. IT DOES NOT kill Ethernet. iPhone → USB Ethernet adapter → Ethernet cable → Router. Your iPhone gets internet. No wireless. No RF. Signal rings. Facetime rings. WhatsApp rings. Telegram rings. Your family can still reach you at 3am. Fifteen dollars. This is the hack nobody's talking about. How to set it up: 1. Get a Lightning/USB-C to Ethernet adapter (I'm also using a USB-A to USB-C converter but you can skip that) 2. Plug an Ethernet cable from your router into the adapter 3. Plug the adapter into your iPhone 4. Turn ON Airplane Mode 5. Make sure WiFi & Bluetooth stay OFF 6. Turn off the router's WiFi Your body gets 8 hours of peace. $15 adapter. Wired internet. Full reachability. No excuses left.

There are a few android phones that can do this but most will not, and then you need a powered adapter not like the one shown in the photo. I helped set this up for a friend who is afraid of radio waves, but I consider it unfounded paranoia.
Same but Ethernet plastic clip wears down easily. Adapters don’t have a long life either. Problem that needs to be solved but expense is worth it
