I don't care what you think about bugs. Mealworms aren't even a bug they are beetle larvae and they are delicious.
It's called food sovereignty. Anyone can raise their own insects to eat, it's easy and cost efficient, it takes up less space than growing vegetables and doesn't require light like vegetables.
You can literally raise them in boxes under your bed.
Same with growing mushrooms.
These are the two food sources that any, even people living in apartments in the city with no outdoor space can produce for themselves.
Stop eating the processed garbage the corporations feed to you.
Grow your own.
Raise your own.
Work together with people in your community to feed each other.
