all respect to the people whose physical handicaps limit their ability to participate and compete against able bodied people. it's just an idiomatic expression in the noosphere of culture that means that someone is already so irrelevant to the bulk of the population winning a prize is not memorable or notable.
what i mean by it is, nostr is not supposed to be about the mainstream competition for attention that is captured by the big social networks. being promoted on nostr is rude and uncouth, but the people doing it have no concept of how vulgar it is.
