Indeed. It is a fundamental difference in epistemology. I rely primarily on the objective Word of God as the only infallible and inerrant standard for both doctrine and life, and while not discounting the importance of vital spiritual experience of God through prayer, worship, and other means of grace, I always weigh what I "hear" through those means by the sure and unchanging revelation God gave us in Scripture. Your epistemology seems to rely, and correct me if I am wrong, primarily on your subjective spiritual experience and the Word of God is more of a secondary help to that, but cannot overrule it, since you view your experience as a kind of direct revelation straight from God to you personally.
