After reading this note, my mind went tangential. I started to think about a “what if” situation. “What if”, all Nostriches lived in the same Town/City? What if we all lived beside each other, in the same town? We came up with the rules that are expected by everyone. Sats, would, obviously, be money. Freedom would be a given. Sure, we’d disagree on some things, but… We would, for the most part, agree to the same ethos. Wouldn’t that be a cool place to live? View quoted note →

absolutely. no shipping necessary for the circular economy. we have amazing craftsmen, carpenters, leather workers, painters, musicians. hell we have our own security forces. we could influence local politics, maybe state politics if we wanted to. Free State Project is doing something similar in New Hampshire. I know they are crypto friendly, not sure if 100% aligned with bitcoin.
I taught my sons that there are 3 base rules. 1. Don't fuck with other people. 2. Don't fuck with other people's stuff. 3. Every interaction should be voluntary. Following those, means following the N.A.P. and that equals our utopia.

It's been awhile since I've heard people talk about the idea of "citadels". I think the idea has merit but it somewhat lacked realistic implementation. Maybe Nostr can help being the idea to life

It is not. They're aware most people are retarded assholes. My lessons are so they understand the moral ideal to strive for. "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should." I expect them to be better behaved than the median individual, so they don't wear pajamas in public.
Idk, I think when we are kids we should test What Is like to mess around and do some mistakes, experiencies we need as humans

200 years ago, boys knew they were boys, girls knew they were girls, and they were willing to fight for their freedom. That ate real food, used real money, and bonded as a family. Is that the way humans behave now?
Human nature is the same now as it was 200 years ago You cant change it, you can only FORCE humans to act certain ways under certain systems For example: When everyone uses Bitcoin and Fiat doesnt exist humans will be force to use good money, but it doesnt change human nature
