I just dont trust them, feels like security theatre when they flag me when they cannot identify where i am coming from or who i am. Yikes "excessive torrenting"?! The F they think they are to tell people what to do with their account?! Was this just the VPN or the Email too? Either way, definitely suss. Self-hosted email is looking like the only option, and yet, if the Email DNS is centralized, there's issues there too...hmmm...
