Generally speaking, first-world Bitcoiners don't use Bitcoin because they don't need it; they just store it in cold storage.
The same goes for democracy: citizens with a stable democratic system aren't interested in having a transparent, open-source, trustless voting system.
This is something we, the banana republics developers, must do. Let's do it!
