Go deeper though, why would I engage with someone who doesn't validate my presence? That's literally what simping is. It's the opposite of having conversations. Conversations go back-and-forth, like we're doing, now, and everyone's statement is at least acknowledged, even if you disagree with it. That used to be what Nostr was like.
