That estuary wetland place in the bottom pic is the kind of place that draws me. I bet there's crawdads in there.

I really like those areas too. I just don't get to the mountains often. I get to these areaa frequently. Would love to have a house overlooking one or on one with a dock
A house on stilts with a boat underneath is strangely appealing to me
