Throwback to the start of the month when I went on an open fire cookery course for my 30th. Over 4 hours of driving in one day but had an absolute blast. Couple who run the course run their own smokery on a 5 acre homestead in West Wales. In total we made: - Butter basted whole chicken - Whisky barrel smoked ribs - Reverse seared steak picanha - Bacon onion rings - Smash burgers - Planked salmon - Fire roasted vegetables - Loaded bacon bits meatballs - Flatbreads All finished off with bone marrow melted over it
