I advocate for giving developers constructive feedback… telling them “their apps are shit” is just insulting and doesn’t help them.
Expecting every app is well tested? To whose standards? With what resources? You can test your app a thousand times and it works fine then you put it out there and 1000 bugs appear because life’s unpredictable and people will use your thing in ways you didn’t foresee.
Buy a new computer with the latest OS and I guarantee you within a week there’s an update… now if Apple and Microsoft still have these issues with all their $billions,1000’s of devs and unlimited resources what chance do you think the average independent coder stands?

I would differ. Not everyone shall see it as an insult. Some see the issues bundled up as 'app is shit' and they listen and work to fix these bugs. I get your points tho ✊🏾
