I finally ditched Windows the other day by dual-booting Linux & setting that as my default OS. πŸ₯³ I kept a small sliver of drive space for a factory reset copy of Windows (as an "oh fuck emergency partition"), just in case I have urgent client shit where I can't afford to be dicking around w/compatibility bullshit for Adobe in Linux. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I haven't touched Linux in over 15 years, but it's been a PHENOMENAL experience thus far; the OS has grown leaps & bounds since I used it last. πŸ«ͺ I really do think that 2026 is officially the year to ditch Microsoft like the entire internet's been saying. πŸ’β€β™‚οΈ However, I just realized that I need to Linux-ify my #BTC node, so I'm off to wage war in the Terminal trenches. 🫠 NOT running #Bitcoin (for now). πŸ€™

Feels good knowing that Billy isn't screen sharing my shit straight to the 3-letter boys 24/7. 🫠 Too much damn surveillance nowadays. πŸ€™

I hear that's Linux-based, but haven't looked into it. πŸ€” I don't game much & use all my machines for research/productivity only so it wasn't really on my radar. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I think we're all dumping Windows though. πŸ€™
