Cut the bevels and did some shaping, might not show well but it has changed shape.and is getting lighter. I’m thinking of cutting a circle hole through the stock to lighten it more and change the balance point but I have a ways to go shaping the handle first.
Gary oak is hard, it’s more woodworking than carving so far.
