Looking at the trend, could we expect that next Christmas the price will be somewhere between $25K to $75K?

Christmas prices: 2013 (Year of Bull Peak): $651. + 3 years. 2016 = $899. About 50% higher than 3 years prior. + 1 year. 2017 (Year of Bull Peak): $13,611. Significantly (~14x~ higher) than the year before or the last cycle peak. + 3 years. 2020 = $23,475. About 50% higher than 3 years prior and a bit higher than the last cycle peak. + 1 year. 2021 (Year of Bull Peak): $50,825. About 100% higher than a year before, and more than double previous cycle peak. + 3 years. 2024 (3 years after previous peak and the year before the next one) = $95 - $105K. About 100% higher than 3 years prior. + 1 year. 2025 (Year of bull peak): ??? Personal guess, falling from the between Aug and Nov peak next year, the price around Christmas will be around 50 - 100% higher than what it is this year at $150 - $200k on its way down to $100k or so by Christmas 2026.

Why do you think the trend would go 2013 + 4 years. 2017 + 4 years. 2021 + 3 years??? Obviously the peak is next year.
