Fantastic initiative! I think if Bitcoon developers were pseudonymous, it would protect them from attacks, but would they also be elligable for the OpenSats initiative?

OpenSats is bitcoin-only and nym-first. Developers can apply independent of geographic location, and we don't care about names, we care about meaningful contributions.
