I haven’t updated my relays in a long time. Nostr seems to be running much slower lately? Not sure why? I use multiple clients and it’s all slow? Any suggestions what the issue is? Should I update my relays?

What client? I am experiencing the same, but thought it might have been due to a recent Amethyst update. Maybe not and it's something to do with the relays?
