How so?
We’re probably a couple advancements away but once AI agents are handling a variety of work in customer support, development, project management, etc. someone’s going to need to coordinate the agents, keep tabs on performance, QA the work, handle exceptions, etc.
I see this as more of a managerial role than a frontline individual contributor.
