Seconded. I just asked for a "Nostr / relay networking for dummies" course myself. It's hard to find the base layer to start building a knowledge base on (for me)

So data blobs over nostr or used for connection establishment. Seems nostr is ideal for discovery and peering by there are other protocols more ideal for data sharing.
