Alright, I know a thing or two about this, but not that. I'd recommend just building a new machine and NOT PUTTING THE MALWARE CALLED WINDOWS ON IT. Instead, use PikaOS, Nobara Project or CachyOS, which are great desktop Linux distros for gaming. I use CachyOS as my daily driver, and apart from some minor nitpicks, I've really had no problem with Cachy.

I'm currently running Ubuntu now. I'm an on again/off again Linux user, always returning for gaming, but I don't really game anymore. I'll probably stick with Ubuntu or Pop.
