& they are asking disrespectful questions & they are concerned about the most trivial shit like this is a logistical puzzle to solve maybe 🧐 we can get an incubator 🤓 for those couple famously premature & imminently dead preemies? preemies are so popular as a story. very heartmoving

the gap was too enormous all Dr Ghassan could keep saying, with so much respect to the people on the other end who didnt deserve it was "we need to get to the day after" "just please on your end be ready for the day after. that's what you can do." & we are still not at the day after
