I could believe that story.

Because of all these layers and layers of regulatory and regressive layers , the core banking systems have become so fragile that no one knows how to upgrade them from mainframes to cloud .. or atleast somewhat modern tech like SAP or Oracle .. In essence , banks are expected to do job of law enforcement and financial regulators .. that makes them biggest power brokers of all time and of course too big to fail The job of a bank should be just keeping your money safe .. that's it .. nothing else .. #btc
