How does one do that?
For instance by challenging claims made against you.
Always ask for the parking company to prove the validity of the claim.
When your municipality demands you do something, make them prove how they gained jurisdiction and legal standing.
Unfortunately the legal system is captured, but there are rules of procedure that must be followed. Always make your counterparty expend time and energy when they want something from you.
Same goes for "crypto taxes".
That is sort of the main principle.
