KYC-FREE #Bitcoin might be a bit more work to acquire, depending on where in the world you live, but your #Decendents will thank you for it.

I have a sense that you are right about this, but can you provide some likely example scenarios that would make this true?
Extrapolating some thoughts...
An amount of #Bitcoin and withdrawl address(es) are legally registered to your name, that is all that is needed.
You can "lose" your keys, or do a #coinjoin, the #Bitcoin itself does not matter for the government's purposes here, although trackers or LLMs can follow blockchains and give % probabilities.
The fact is you now acquired some and can be held responsible for any number of present or future thought up pretextes to squeeze wealth out of you, or your next of kin.
Like unrealized profits, change in law, or pin something else to your name which hasn't been thought up yet.
Better be safe than sorry before you pass on & possibly saddle your family line with liabilities instead of generational wealth.
