If it hasn’t dismantled the control apparatus of “the state” then no, it won’t be truly decentralised and it will fail even as a SoV. Let alone, MoE.
The 2 systems are diametrically opposed. One MUST outcompete the other out of existence.
It just shocks me that so many here view these centralising forces as permanent/immutable.

Yes. Decentralized, secure, uncensorable, and private are all unique traits. Bitcoin on the main layer is optimized for the 1st three without concern for private. Privacy can be implemented on higher layers.
