you do withdraw on binance on legacy chain. reply its path on the bip110 bitcoin chain. then deposit the thing again on the legacy chain but dont replay it on the bip110 chain. then withdraw again on and replay it again. get more and more bitcoin from binance without actually depositing on the bip110 chain. tho assuming binance gives you an unrelated new utxo from a different path every time.

It's kind of hard to just "not replay" a transaction. You have to set it up so that it cannot be replayed. Nodes connect and sync with each other, you know? Unless I'm missing something critical.
