I’m going full steam ahead. No stopping. Plebs will literally be the decentralized YouTube. So many plans, so many features. LFG!

Are you moving from Kind 1 to NIP-71?
No plans at the moment. Seems pretty fragmented with it split between kinds 21/22 and 34235/34236. Both of which not many clients support. Seems easier to just keep using kind 1 that keeps it interoperable with all clients and means greater reach for people’s videos.

Is it possible to attach an auction event to each video so that promoters can bid on ad airtime (quality-controlled/curated by whatever algo blob servers run)? Servers could attract creators by giving higher percentages of their video sat revenue.
It's definitely early for those video kinds. Even clients that use them hardly fill any metadata (thumbnails, duration,..) atm. I'll continue to build on 21/22 ... let's see.

That’s a pretty interesting idea! It would likely need to be an opt-in type of feature. But something that could be worth investigating to see if that’d help creators drive monetization further towards their videos beyond V4V.
How can i set my wallet to receive and send sats in plebs? i have primal wallet, and can't zap in plebs.
Primal allows you to scan a QR code with their wallet. You’ll need to scan the QR code it generates to zap 🫡
If no QR is generated, it may mean the person who published the video doesn’t have a valid Lightning address for an invoice to be generated.
Hi, now i have this problem: When i log in, i can't see my uploaded vídeos. I need to logout to see them. Even some vídeos i uploaded with other accounts.
Plebs app will only show you videos that were uploaded through the Plebs app. Once you’ve added a video through Plebs, it will show there as well as across Nostr 🤙
i am talking about uploaded from plebs. Some vídeos dissapear from timeline soon as i log in. When i log out they are there again.
maybe i messed up with relays in other apps.
Are you using the WoT relays option from settings?
I discovered this: when i try to zap someone who has wallet set correctly plebs, a window is open with QR, and Lightning invoice. That doesn't happen with my accounts.

Hi, i solved the problem changing to wallet of satoshi. It seams primal.net can't work with plebs.app zaps.
Thanks for the update. I’ll do some testing to see what might not be working with Primal.
it seems that primal.net is not compatible with the methode in wich sender generates the invoice. LNURL-pay.
