How reliable in practice is a 3d printed gun? I'm assuming the barrel, striker, springs are still required and you're talking mostly the frame/body?

I am unfortunately the wrong person to ask. I would bet not very reliable. The rebels in Myanmar seem to be doing alright with printed guns, though.
