I have just kicked off an intermittent fasting practice with a 24 hour sugarless-liquids-only fast. I'm hoping to work up to a 4-day water-only fast. Who all does intermittent fasting here? What schedules and durations do you recommend?

Depends on why you are doing it.
General health. From what I hear the body does some pretty hardcore detoxing/healing on a multi-day fast.
My recommendation:
1 day juice fast.
1 day eating clean.
2 days water only fast, followed by 7 days of carnivore(ish)
Breakfast: eggs bacon raw cheese
Lunch: hamburger meat. Few raspberries.
Supper: steak. Few blueberries.
