nostr cant even get rid of the reply guys / other spambots and can’t get more than 20k active users (who mostly talks about b1tc01n all day) what journalist want to post here? yet people keep comparing it to X, we still have a long way to go maam

I do agree but journalists don't necessarily have to build a following on nostr, just use it as a data storage layer to cross post the notes to other platforms. It's not ideal but as long as you run your own relay it might offer long term protection of content while the UX and relay decentralisation issues are engineered out.

For Brazilians it's either NOSTR or NOTHING, so x is useless in a whole country now, totally fragile, can be put down and totally annihilated with all its fake free speach with a single judge's signature...
