Welcome. Your goals of decentralized healthcare records is truely noble. The nostr protocol could certainly help at least prototype something. There are lots of helpful people here and on GitHub. Unlike in the fediverse they aren't all total faggots. Although we get our share of them too ( talking about you ReplyGuy) Stay free and buy more Bitcoin.
