Making nostr usable for more people is definitely the goal.
On the other hand, a lot of people don’t want to zap or pay for services. That 70$/month isn’t making anything more usable for everyone. I know it’s marketed more towards companies but there needs to be more reasonable alternatives. I remember on Twitter there were apps like hootsuite that would let you schedule posts (and didn’t cost an arm and a leg)

Every product/service has a target customer. The average consumer doesn’t need a professional dashboard with enhanced tools for publishing and analytics. No argument there. In terms of Primal specifically, the free and premium tiers are more than adequate for most people. And since it’s nostr, no one even has to use Primal. There are other apps that can be used individually to do all of the same things Primal is enabling under its unified UX. But that’s a HUGE hassle when you’re just trying to get something published and continue on with other things. The people no willing to pay for things out of pocket, will pay in other ways, even if it’s just their own inconvenience. Nothing is truly free.
