have you ever played the game Stray? the AIs developed their own weird language that was like a mashup of chinese and russian. well, the thing was all the humans died, eaten by the garbage GMO organism. i guess they got bored. these AIs had robot bodies, or could acquire them. the lead supporting actor in the game is a robot that was cloned by a computer scientist from his own brain, there is a sorta side quest refreshing its memory.
