Psycho almost isn't the right word for it. She's not crazy. She's evil. A highly rational and extremely amoral type of evil that pretends to be good while destroying lives to get what you want.

I couldnt help but notice the "OMG I slept with a CIA guy" part Sure would be an interesting time to "go crazy" and go after anybody into cryptography that may not be aligned with US empire interests.
