News organization could use NIP-G0 to tag their article notes with both the location of the event and the impact area. This lets us customize our feeds based on where we are geographically and geopolitically affected. NIP-G0 gives geospatial hooks to DVMs, feeds, and bots for the ultimate ability to find users and content when proximity matters.

Explore the hooks that Around Me uses to gather what is “around you”. Clients that allow users to tag their news, articles, and themselves with the NIP-G0 geospatial tagging approach would allow @Vitor Pamplona to give @Amethyst an even more accurate means of filtering and finding content and users that are relevant to you when location matters.
