There are dozens of people actually fighting similar cases to the end. Roman Sterlingov is appealing right now on accusations of operating a Bitcoin mixer. That’s a guy that actually stood up and fought unjust charges, and his attorney actually could use the money. It would be better off funding Sterlingov’s appeal, which is actually going to create precedent for everyone, rather than gifting a million dollars to people who pled.
