If a relay does something you don't like, the beauty of Nostr allows you to move elsewhere and take your entire social graph with you.

Unless you're on #ZBD
Not your nsec not your nostr
ZBDs relay doesn't do anything with your NSEC.
I am just going to have to edit my relays π«‘
One of the things I like the most about Nostr and the very idea of decentralized social media protocols (After censorship resistance and anonymity-friendliness ofc) is how much it empowers users, no obscure algorithms controlling what you see, no abusive data collection practises, no bans with questionable justifications. That's how social media should be, if the price is to eventually be exposed to bad stuff I say it's cheap
It's sad that Semi is ruining it.
@Derek Ross
They all seem to be oversensitive
Well they only offer one relay, and the key isnβt portable (real soon nowβ’), so they donβt get to participate in the true beauty of nostr.
And one can easily avoid those bad stuff.
I bookmarked the wordings.
Are everybody here talking about some specific client's relay, @Derek Ross, please?
I get it. Thanks.

They don't but do they let you edit your relay list? If you want to move your nsec to another client, you're stuck.
You don't have to use the ZBD app to use the ZBD relay. I was using it for many months. It was one of the more popular relays for a long while.
the relay has been unreliable lately...are you noticing the same?
That's fair. I wasn't considering those on other clients just connected to the relay. I was referring to those on the zbd app. π€π½π€π½
Yes. It's been having a lot of issues.
