On Android . . . GrayJay, NewPipe, or BraveNewPipe all work.
GrsyJay is nice because it let's you search a bunch of streaming platforms at once.

If you run a Bitcoin node you can figure this out! Download the Mac installer from the releases page. You'll need to open up terminal to run the command.

seconding yt-dlp. very easy to run from cli.
yt-dlp run from the terminal. need to have ffmpeg as well. use homebrew for both.

The easiest is to use Brave Browser. It has a Playlist feature that permit you to download any videos and save it offline on the playlist.
Does it work with Netflix too?
Not that I know of.
Do you need help installing Linux?
Maybe the "Video DownloadHelper" Firefox add-on will work on Macs.
