If you’re a fat pleb, literally just start eating 3/4th of the food you normally eat and stack sats with the money you save. This stuff isn’t rocket science. You’ll get lean and wealthier. Win win.

Even if you’re not a fat pleb it’s a good idea. The Japanese have this concept, hara hachi bu, meaning eat until you are 80% full. Studies show it has BMI benefits as well as neurological and longevity benefits. You live longer and without dementia.
