I’ve been having inconsistent results with zapplepay via damus. It’s supposed to zap anytime I put a lightning bolt but it seems like if there is other text with the emoji, then it doesn’t work. I’m going try right now ⚡️

You should be able to zap profiles in Damus…

Well, after testing several iterations, it seems like only the message where I had the emoji and nothing else finny zapped you via zapplepay

Really? I zapped someone early this morning but it only worked on Iris. Here in Damus it didn’t. ☹️

Blame Apple. They wanted their 30% cut claiming that zapping notes might be a purchase of digital content.... (total bs). They forced Will to remove note zaps from damus. You can still zap user profiles but it's not the same experience. But we will not be defeated so easily. Enter zapplepay. You can use it to configure the various "like" emojis to trigger a zap.
