Its very easy to implement and supported by most relays
An app could easily be made to do this. Remember it is up to relays whether or not to delete posts when requested.

Works just like the rest of the internet. Once you put something out there, anybody can save a copy, and it's up to them to respect your request to delete it. Most nostr relays do.
