Another to day that you can make choices that will compound to improve your health!
Today pick one toxic item in your kitchen and research a viable replacement. A few starting points:
Plastic Tupperware > Pyrex Tupperware and Mason jars
Plastic cutting board > wooden cutting board
Teflon and non stick pans > stainless steel and cast iron pans
Cooking spray > coconut oil, tallow, or @Great Ghee
Plastic coffee maker > moka pot or French press
You don’t have to make all these changes at once, just make one at a time so you can improve your health AND keep stacking sats 🐮

I’ve steadily made these changes over time and now I’m out of the woods 😃 The only differences are that I usually use grass fed butter for cooking and a pour over for coffee.
Health and wealth.

Using the greater-than sign threw me off for a minute!
Haha, I see what you mean! Meant it to be an arrow!
Those are great options as well! It feels good to get rid of the toxins in your life!
Sure does!
Thanks for the tips doing alot of these already but still good to know hopefully I am doing it right. I also like stainless steel tupperware type containers good for both me and the kids for not breaking :)
The stainless steel Tupperware would come in handy for that kind of thing! Since we switched to all glass Tupperware and cups in the kitchen, we break something about once a month 😂 but still better than plastic
Isn‘t the classic Bialetti Moka Pot made from aluminium? Does this release any aluminium into the coffee during brewing?
Good point! Yes, the aluminum one does but they have a stainless steel version!

Way better, especially in old worn out tupperware you can literally see bits flaking off🤢
Bitcoiners get compounding in money, but don’t get the chance power of compounding in health. Small decisions enacted day-by-day compound - for the better and for the worse. Morning sun, grounding, good food every day make a huge difference over time
Yes compounding health decisions and skills has been game changing for me!
