For the record the reason I am vegan is for health; but also I am not a toxic vegan, but a friendly one. I also understand and appreciate the dedication for those on other alternative diets! I love all you vegans out there, but if we practiced teaching the benefits versus teaching those that do not live this way, who knows, eventually more good things will come!
