Yeah, of course not. Monero's been using it for years now.
I'd love to see it in Bitcoin finally, even running my own node leaks transaction metadata with Bitcoin.
Having the ability to push your own txs via Tor is even better imo
Dandelion and Tor are not mutually exclusive
Dandelion is BIP 156. They complement each other in improving P2P privacy.
