Great to have you on Nostr Zac!
Do a #introductions post and a bunch of us will reshare it
I want to learn this
Pick up a rope! I'm a huge proponent of NOT getting lessons or a course for at least the first few months of your Rope Flow journey.
It's in the name. The flow the key. But what unlocks that is play. When you were a kid you'd pick something up and just play. Do that. Connect to your child. There is no right or wrong, only the gradual joy of feeling yourself grt better. No 'need' to do that move perfectly because its the next progression...
Pick up a rope and let it guide you!
hell ya.
