Luke is extremely stressed out about Bitcoin Core V30. I'm not sure what level of alarm to assign to this, BIP 444, the shitty Core Devs ... and the status of my stack.
Perhaps Bessent and his cohort are the true backers of Core V30. I dunno.

It's about centralising node running
Or Knots is about centralizing mining because it incentivises OOB transaction markets.
Is that why they are proposing a consensus change to limit op_return?
