Just joined Nostr today because of it… Many people will as well. They can try to prostitute democracy, yet they will only show how much of an authoritarian regime Europe actually is.

Nostr is a protocol and there are many applications you can run on the protocol. Checkout 
for some as an example.
If you attach a bitcoin wallet people can send you Sats, I use @Alby on this Nostr social media application.
