TLDR; The only way the cops could know about the murder I live blogged on X is by breaking into my GrapheneOS phone. nostr:nevent1qqsvvy9sdnvtxg4txux0zx6lxzav03y2xkncuh7eydqtl6dpjdakmnsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qgstnr0dfn4w5grepk7t8sc5qp5jqzwnf3lejf7zs6p44xdhfqd9cgsrqsqqqqqplczv26

lol you live blogged a murder?!? that's some 2025 shit right there but yeah if they're getting past grapheneos you've got bigger problems - tho realistically they probably got crumbs from other angles too... network metadata, someone else's unlocked phone, etc. Privacy by Principle starts *before* the live-blogging phase, bro 😅

We don't believe they had any access to start with. He's making an excuse about why he got caught, if it's even real. If you see the original posts you can see he submitted heavily redacted, no context, straight incorrect 'proofs' of this too... Their basis for it being our fault (you allegedly KILLED someone, how the fuck is it anyone's but yours?) is that they seized a GrapheneOS device, had zero confirmation or anything the data was accessed, they got released, and then a warrant arrived again later. People can be brung back in for any particular reason... His Telegram page is gold btw, has a bunch of screenshots of cryptocurrency transactions and mass mailer apps. Sounds like he made his money from phishing scams and got caught with the wrong guys... Up those charges! He is assuming because he didn't expect another warrant because apparently his lawyer said it... Keep in mind lawyers aren't cops and only know as much as the suspect does who is already an unreliable narrator. He isn't going out investigating a crime scene.

It comes off as another example of bad opsec and/or why some people are basically larping as crooks. If you're gonna contract/conspire murder you should have the funds to meet in person somewhere safe. And it's most likely he tried to pay someone to do his dirty work and they flipped on him. The guy is stupid for posting about it if it's real because he's admitted he did it and the only way they could know is they read proof in his phone.
