Rule of Law works in practice, but with a large delay and only if bad actions are properly challenged by someone who has the means to see it through. A flaw in the current system for sure
Read the report. Full of observations that the program is illegal and not effective but in the final conclusion page you see that nothing will change.
Downloading another communication app is too hard. Can't I just us3 iMessenger?
