Bitcoin is under constant attack. Since it is decentralized, it cannot be captured as a whole. But every part can be attacked. And it is. This happens to miners, devs, nodes. The oldest trick in the book is "divide and conquer". I don't know who in the Bitcoin network is doing this on purpose and who is just getting sucked into it. But I see the division both v30 and b110 sow. Especially if the actions provoke strong emotions.

Bitcoin is divisive by design. I really don’t see the problem with that. The bad blood is getting drained as was in 2017.
