Gm you got this. It's really hard but worth it. I smoked for 20yrs and it was really hard to quite but it feels great

It's tough but worth it. I tried a few times and honestly the thing that helped me most was avoiding alcohol and limiting caffeine. Try to stay active because you will gain weight. Also try subbing the urge to smoke with gum, pushups slamming some water or something else to be productive and take your mind off it
